In einem Möbel produzierenden Familienbetrieb aufgewachsen, erlernte er traditionell das Schreiner-Handwerk und die Prinzipien nachhaltigen Designs. Im Jahr 2000 entwickelte er zusammen mit Feng Shui Architekt Thomas Schopf und Feng Shui Meistern wie Jes T.Y. Lim das erste authentische Feng Shui Büromöbelsystem und kombinierte das traditionelle Wissen des Feng Shui mit wissenschaftlich gutfundierten ergonomischen Erkenntnissen.

Als anerkannter Redner vermittelt er seine Erkenntnisse über kreative, lebendige Büroplanung und Büroeinrichtungen regelmäßig auf Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen, wie etwa dem internationalem Kongress “Facility Management” in Frankfurt, der Conscious Design Conference in New Jersey (USA), der internationalen Feng Shui Konferenz in Budapest und 2009 auf der 4. Internationalen Konferenz über Scientific Feng Shui & Built Environment an der Hong Kong City Universität.

Mit der Ausarbeitung des Vital-Office® Konzepts, eines ganzheitlichen Einrichtungskonzepts für gesunde Büros ist er seit 2003 beschäftigt. Die philosophische Basis des Konzepts wurde im Laufe der Jahre durch viele realisierte Einrichtungen überprüft und erweitert.
